The website uses sessionStorage to restore your scroll position when you return to a previously visited page. The “tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3” entry is stored in your browser for the tab session. It is not a cookie and is not used for advertising or visitor analytics.

Hosting, images and fonts

Macaly services provide hosting and image delivery. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When these resources are loaded, their providers receive your IP address and the technical request data needed to deliver the content. The absence of analytics cookies therefore does not mean that no technical data is processed when you visit the website.

LinkedIn is provided as a standard link only; the website does not embed a profile or a LinkedIn advertising pixel. LinkedIn’s own policies apply after you follow the link. The contact form opens your email application; the form itself does not store your message in a website database.

Private preview

When you access the private preview, Macaly uses the technical cookie “__Secure-macaly-preview” to verify permission to view the preview. It is not intended for advertising or visitor analytics. It is part of preview access, not the law office’s own analytics cookie.
